Completing Job and Store Cards

For normal job cards, you can simply post the job card to complete the job.

To complete a job card or store card where all materials have been allocated:

1. Open the Job Card Completion screen for the job or store card to be completed.

Refer to "Selecting the Customer Job Card to be Completed".

2. If you want to save the job or store card for later amendments and posting, select FILE | HOLD.
3. To complete the job or store card now, select FILE | POST.

Micronet posts the coil stock, seconds, offcuts, excess and waste items to stock and updates the order.

For store cards, Micronet updates the customer order with the actual stock being allocated (serial numbers and quantity selected) for final invoicing.
